1 Slice of toasted white bread (can be wholegrain)
Cottage cheese or cream cheese
1 Cherry tomato
Herb salt or regular salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Spread the cheese thinly on the bread and layer the lettuce on top. Slice the avocado thinly and arrange on top of the salad. Slice the tomato into slices as well and put the slices on top of the sandwich.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and serve immediately.
